MIB colocalizes with F-actin in waves in cells treated in different ways.

<p>GFP-MIB and mRFP-lifeact were expressed in <i>myoB⁻</i>-cells in: (A) cells in nutrient media; (B) cells starved for 1 h; (C) cells recovering from treatment with 7.5 µM latrunculin that was washed out, cells were starved before latrunculin treatment; (D) cells in starvation buffer in the presence of 1 µM latrunculin.
