<p>Cells were pretreated with vehicle or 20°C. After preincubation, cells were challenged with vehicle or 30 mM glutamate for 3 hours. After treatment cells were lysed and the lysate was immunoprecipitated by anti-DAPK1 antibody. Then the immunoprecipitated proteins were detected with anti-NMDA receptor antibody (A) or anti-Beclin-1 antibody (B). All the immunoprecipitated protein was determined by anti-DAPK1 antibody (IP).
