<p>Comparative ELISA analysis of secreted IL-2 protein confirms potentiation capability of TBP-TALE. Multiple cell lines were transfected with either empty vector control alone, IL2D-VP64 (white bars, D) or IL2D-TBP (shaded bars, D’) plus remaining VP64-TALE activators (A, C, and F). Data shown indicates the amount of secreted IL-2 protein in 30-fold concentrated samples. N.D. indicates ‘not detected’.
