<p>The scales ranged from 0–100, and participants were told that 0 was no feeling of discomfort and 100 represented the worst feeling of avoidance: “To what extent do you want to leave this setting?” Anxiety: “To what extent do you feel uncomfortable in this setting?” And tension: “To what extent do you feel tension in your body right now?” Error bars represent 95% confidence intervals.
