<p>A. Temperature optimum: rOs1BGlu4 (0.25 µg) was assayed with 1 mM <i>p</i>NPGlc in phosphate buffer, pH 6.5, at the designated temperature for 10 min. B. Evaluation of thermostability: the enzyme was incubated in phosphate buffer, pH 6.5, at temperatures ranging from 20°C to 60°C for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 min. At each time point, an aliquot was removed and assayed at 30°C. The data are provided as mean + SE.</p
