The effects of melatonin on BLM-induced eIF2α phosphorylation in the lungs.

<p>All mice except controls were intratracheally injected with BLM (5.0 mg/kg). In BLM+melatonin group, mice were i.p. injected with melatonin (5 mg/kg) daily. Lungs were collected at 21 days after BLM. Pulmonary peIF2α was detected using immunoblots. All experiments were replicated for four times.
