Hepatic tyrosine aminotransferase activities among six representative bat species and mice.

<p>The hepatic tyrosine aminotransferase activity was expressed as nmol of <i>p</i>-hydroxybenzaldehyde formed/mg protein per min (mean ± SD). For each species, at least three individuals were used for replication. Statistical significance (*<i>P</i><0.05 and **<i>P</i><0.001) is determined by one-way ANOVA, followed by Fisher’s least significant difference (LSD) <i>post hoc</i> tests.
