<p>CD3<sup>+</sup> T cells were isolated from murine spleen with CD3ε MicroBead Kits and labeled with CFSE. Then T cells were stimulated with PMA (50 ng/ml) plus ionomycin (1 ug/ml) for 24h, and then cultured alone (A) or with MSC/CTLsh or MSC/SOCS1sh at different ratios (MSCs to T cells) (B). After 48 h, all the cells were subjected to flow cytometry for T-cell proliferation detection as indicated by the reduction in CFSE intensity.
