Splenic Teff cells following feeding and Ab therapy.

<p>(<b>a</b>) Spleens from mice in each treatment group were stained to determine CD3⁺/CD8⁺ and CD3⁺/CD25⁺ numbers. Groups were as follows (i) tumour fed but no antibody depletion; (ii) PBS fed and no antibody depletion; (iii) PBS fed and anti-CD25 treated and (iv) tumour fed, anti-CD25 treated. CD8⁺ and CD25⁺ were examined from within the CD3⁺ population.
