<p>(<b>A</b>) Expression of lineage-specific regulators in piMEFs stimulated by BMP9. Subconfluent piMEF cells were infected with AdBMP9 or AdGFP. Total RNA was isolated at the indicated time points and subjected to RT-PCR reactions.
