Multilocus (9 loci) nuclear microsatellite genotypes of 407 adult individuals of Metrosideros polymorpha sampled from 23 populations across Hawaii Island. All five named varieties of M. polymorpha on the island are included: G = var. glaberrima, I = var. incana, M = var. macrophylla, N = var. newellii, and P = var. polymorpha. The names of the populations are shown, and corresponding GPS coordinates are available in the text of the associated manuscript. The individual tree IDs are for internal purposes only
