The node size is proportional to the degree of the node. The value of the edge of CoMi pattern pair is the CoMi Index and the width of the edge represents the value of -log10(P value). The red edges indicate that the target genes of miRNAs associated with the indicated GO term are down-regulated. Conversely, blue edges indicate the target genes are up-regulated. In each of these three cases the regulation pattern of the breast cancer network is inversely correlated with the regulation pattern for the Methotrexate sub-network.
