<p>Mean percentages (±1 SE, n = 3, 20 individual replicate⁻¹) of larvae (<1 h old at start of experiment) occupying top half of the experimental water column (1000 ml graduated cylinder) when exposed to partial light over 240 minutes. Bottom exposed refers to light presented to the bottom half of the column and top exposed refers to light presented to the top half of the column.
