Schistosome viability after SmCaspase7 gene overexpression.

<p>Plasmid based Caspase 7 expression was regulated by SmActin1, CMV or SmHsp70 promoters in schistosomula for 7 days. Viability was assessed. Untransfected schistosomula served as an experimental control. Data are shown as a mean percentage of surviving larvae after assessment of three biological replicates.
