Macrophage infiltration into adenomas and non-tumor epithelium is decreased in CCR6KO-APC^MIN/+ mice.

<p>Sections of paraffin-embedded immunohistochemically stained ileum from CCR6KO-APC^MIN/+ and APC^MIN/+ mice at 22 weeks of age were examined (n = 6–7 animals per group). Infiltrating (A) CD3⁺, (B) Foxp3⁺, (C) B220⁺, and (D top panels) F4/80⁺ cells were counted.
