JNK inhibition.

<p>IB3-1 cells preincubated for 24 h in serum free media were additionally incubated for 24 h with increasing concentrations of the JNK inhibitor SP600125 (1, 5, 10 and 20 µM) and the mCx-I activity was measured by using BN-PAGE and spectrophotometry.
