LXY6006 induces cell cycle arrest but not apoptosis.

<p>(A, B, C) T47D Cells were treated with various concentrations of LXY6006 or 1 µM of manassantin A for 4 days and 5 days, and subjected to flow cytometry for cell cycle analysis. The percentages of cells in each cell cycle phase (G1, S, and G2/M) were determined by flow cytometry. The percentage of apoptotic cells was measured by the accumulation of cells with a sub-G1 DNA content.
