Serum concentrations of Vitamin D and weights of mice in the two dietary groups after dietary restriction.

<p>C57BL/6 mice were raised on VitD+ and VitD- diets from weaning. Every two weeks thereafter, three mice from each group were bled from the retro-orbital venous plexus and the serum concentrations of 25-(OH)D3(ng/ml) were analyzed. Values represent mean±SE (n = 3,repeated three times each). Statistical significance between the two groups of mice was evaluated using a Student's t-test p<0.001(***).
