<p>Real-time PCR analyses of the Runx2 (A), ALP (B), Col1α1 (C), and OC (D) mRNA levels in MC3T3-E1 cells induced with osteogenic medium after treatment with 3 mg/mL CP or no treatment (CN) for 7 or 14 days are shown. The results were normalized by the mRNA levels of β-actin as a housekeeping gene.
