Dendrogram of the genetic relationships among 76 Chinese jujube cultivars based on SSR polymorphism.

<p>The dendrogram was generated using a simple matching coefficient based on 31 polymorphic primer pairs. Cluster analysis was performed using the neighbor-joining method. Bootstrap values obtained from 1000 replicate analyses higher than 50% are indicated on the nodes.
