<p>The attached file describes single nucleotide polymorphisms for mapping sunflower QTL. Best linear unbiased predictors (BLUPs) were generated for morphological, reproductive, and physiological traits measured in sunflower crop-wild hybrid recombinant inbred lines. Sunflowers were treated to water stress over the course of the growing season to assess the likelihood of cultivar alleles introgressing into a wild-like habitat.</p
