Chemotaxis of colonic iNKT cells towards CCL25 during oxazolone-induced colitis.

<p>The chemotaxis of colonic iNKT cells toward CCL25 was evaluated by a chemotaxis assay. <b>A.</b> After CCL25 treatment, the percentage of iNKT cells was determined in the LPLs from the OXA and ETOH mice. <b>B.</b> After chemotaxis to CCL25, the percentage of iNKT cells was significantly increased in the LPLs from the OXA mice. <b>C.</b> Colonic CCL25 chemotaxis was significantly increased in the LPLs from the OXA mice. n = 3 per group, *<i>p</i><0.05 versus the ETOH mice.
