Impaired cytokine production by spleen and liver lymphocytes from <i>L. donovani</i>-infected highly resistant p110δ^D910A mice.

<p>At the indicated times after infection, spleen and liver lymphocytes from WT and p110δ^D910A mice were cultured <i>in vitro</i> in the presence of <i>L. donovani</i> antigen for 72 hrs and the culture supernatant fluids were assayed for cytokines by Flowcytomix array. Shown are the splenic values for IFN-γ (A), IL-4 (B), IL-10 (C) and IL-12 (D) and liver values for IFN-γ (E), IL-4 (F), IL-10 (G) and IL-12 (H) at different times post-infection.
