<p>[A] HeLa cells infected with L2, MoPn or GPIC for 40 hours. Cells were stained with anti-β-tubulin (green), human serum (red), and Draq5 (blue). L2 infected cells show the largest increase in DNA segregation errors while GPIC infectected cells show the least. Infection with any of the three species lead to significantly higher rates of DNA segregation errors from uninfected (T-test, p<0.01) N = 3 experiments with ≥100 cells per experiment.
