Rescue of multinucleation.

<p>[A] HeLa cells infected with GPIC, rst5, rst17 or co-infected with GPIC-rst5 and GPIC-rst17 for 40 hours. Cells were stained for laminA/C (green), C. trachomatis (red) and for DNA (blue). Arrows indicate <i>C. trachomatis</i> inclusions and arrowheads indicate GPIC inclusions. Stars highlight the nuclei in multinucleated cells. Bar on images = 5 µm. [B] Multinucleation was quantified for each infection, 3 experiments n>100 cells each experiments.
