Multinucleation is CPAF dependent.

<p>HeLa cells infected with C. trachomatis L2, or mutant isolates rst5, rst17, M532, GspE for 40[A] Multinucleation induction by the CPAF mutants was significantly lower than the CPAF positive isolates, (ANOVA p<0.01).
