LPS contaminated OVA induces neutrophilia in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in wild type mice but not in <i>TLR4</i> deficient mice.

<p>Mice were treated as describe in Fig. 1, with three OVA challenges, and leukocytes were identified by morphological criteria and staining. (a) Total BALF cells in sensitized mice, following challenge with saline, LPS-rich OVA and LPS-free OVA. (b) Total eosinophils in BALF. (c) Total lymphocytes in BALF. (d) Total neutrophils in BALF.
