In SW480 cell lines, overexpression of SATB1 promotes cell proliferation, colony formation, migration, and invasion in vitro.

<p>(A) SW480 cells were transfected with the pcDNA3.1-SATB1 expression vector or empty vector. Upregulation of SATB1 mRNA and protein expression was verified by RT-PCR (top left panel), western blot (bottom left panel), and immunofluorescence (right panel). β-actin was used to ensure equal loading. (B) Cell proliferation of empty vector control and pcDNA3.1-SATB1 cells was determined by MTT assay.
