In RKO cell lines, knockdown of SATB1 expression reduces cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in vitro.

<p>(A) SATB1-knockdown RKO cell lines was established using shRNA1. Cells transfected with empty vector served as controls. The efficacy of SATB1 knockdown was verified by RT-PCR and western blot. β-actin was used to ensure equal loading.
