<p><i>ABCG1</i> mRNA (a) and <i>ABCA1</i> mRNA (b) levels in macrophages with G/G, G/A, and A/A genotypes of rs57137919. GAPDH was used as an internal control. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. Each experiment was performed in triplicate. <i>ABCG1</i> (c), <i>ABCA1</i>, and <i>SR-B1</i> (e) protein expression were detected by Western blotting. Representative pictures of protein expression are shown and densitometric data of bands of ABCG1 (d), ABCA1 (f), and SR-B1 (g) proteins normalized by β-actin.
