<p>(A) Wild-type Rin-5F cells (wt) and CXCL12-overexpressing Rin-5F cells (#1) observed with phase-contrast microscopy. (B) Messenger RNA levels of human and rat CXCL12, rat CXCR4 and CXCR7 receptors from Rin-5F wt and #1 cells and from isolated rat islets. The mRNA levels were determined by RT-qPCR and presented in the graphs depicting the changes in mRNA levels relative to β-actin. The results are expressed as means ± S.E.M. Means not sharing a common letter are significantly different between groups (p<0.05).</p
