Differential expression of subtelomeric genes.

(a)<p>The group of 221 genes located within 20 kb of a chromosomal end. Expression of this group of genes was tested against the rest of the genome with a Wilcoxon rank sum test. The mean fold change is shown, with p-values<0.05 highlighted in bold, and with arrows denoting up- and downregulation.
