<p>Recombinant murine IL-2 was isolated in a fashion identical to that used for dimeric IL-2 (eluted IL-2). The proliferative response of CTLL-2 cells to “eluted IL-2” vs IL-2 (taken directly from the vial) was then compared by measuring total ATP content. Results shown are the means ± SD of triplicate wells, and are representative of 3 experiments.</p
