<p>B16F10 cells were plated and cultured overnight to reach ∼80% confluency. Cells were scratched with a 200 µl of pipette tip and then washed with culture medium. Fresh culture media containing a variety of PFEC were added to the cells. Cells were allowed to grow for an additional 24 h.
