Chalcone isomerase is not included since it did not have a significant BLAST hit E-value<10<sup>−10</sup>.</p>2<p>All coding sequence lengths except 3GT determined from cDNA sequences as in Dick et al. <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0101338#pone.0101338-Dick1" target="_blank">[13]</a>. Coding sequence length for 3GT was based on alignment to <i>A. thaliana</i>.</p
