<p>ROS generation in <i>lik1</i> mutant lines treated with chitooctaose (A), flg22 (B) or elf26 (C). ROS was analyzed 20 seconds before and after the maximum signal observed. The data are the average of 12 leaf discs punched from six 4-week-old plants. (Bars represent standard deviations). Student T-test (*)<0.05. The experiment was done in triplicate, each with similar results.
