<p><i>Candida</i> cells (1×10<sup>7</sup> cells/mL) were cultured in the presence of 10 µM calcein acetoxymethylester for 2 h. After washing four times, the cells were cultured in the presence or absence of Gla (16, 32, 64 µg/ml), FLC (64 µg/ml), MCZ (64 µg/ml) for 3 h. Cellular fluorescence intensities of calcein in the cells were analyzed by flow Cytometry.</p
