Overexpression and localization of profilin 1 and its mutants in MCF7 breast cancer cells.

<p>Left panel depicts images of GFP-Profilin and its mutants, middle panel shows DAPI images and right panel shows merged images for each clone. PFN-WT (profilin 1 Wild-type) and PFN-S137A (serine phosphorylation mutant) were distributed more or less evenly in the cytoplasm and nucleus. PFN-R74E (actin mutant) was predominantly nuclear and PFN-H133S (poly-L-proline mutant) was mostly cytoplasmic in expression. Magnification-63× and scale bar-10 µm.
