Bat IRF7 or bat tIRF7 plasmid was transfected into HEK293T cells with mouse IFN-α4 promoter plasmid with or without bat MyD88 expression plasmid and luciferase activity was tested 30 h post-transfection. Results show mean values of two experiments and error bars represent standard errors.</p
