Cytotoxicities of effect T cells against cancer stem cells and tumor cells.

<p>The killing was measured by an LDH release assay as described in the <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0103193#s2" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>. Higher % of cytotoxicity means more cell lysis. (<b>A</b>) Cytotoxicities of CSCs mediated by the H-T, ALDH^low-T and ALDH^high-T are shown.
