RH-induced LDL peroxidation under anaerobic atmospheres.

<p>The rate of LDL oxidation was traced in reaction mixtures containing either Hb or Mb (3 µM), LDL (100 µg protein/ml) and H₂O₂ (3 µM) at anaerobic conditions provided by N₂ or CO. (ΔOD = OD(t_x)−OD(t₀) ) Main figure – Mb; insert – Hb. A representative result of 3 independent experiments is shown.
