Black geometrical shapes indicate that strains belonged to the major cluster A and white ones show that they are contained in major cluster B (see <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0105016#pone-0105016-g001" target="_blank">Figure 1</a> for more details).</p
