Reads hitting neither of the two model plasmids, or any sequence within RefSeq are labeled as unknown. The bubble diagram (b) shows an overview of the coverage- and size-distribution of plasmid genomes in the RefSeq database with significant read-recruitment from one or more metamobilomes.
