S14161 was unable to disrupt platelet aggregation induced by higher doses of agonists.

<p>Gel-filtered platelets (2.5×10⁸/ml) were pre-incubated for 10 min with S14161 (2.5 µM or 5 µM). Platelet aggregation was initiated with different concentration of collagen (1 µg/ml, 2 µg/ml, and 10 µg/ml) (A) or with thrombin (0.05 U/ml, 0.1 U/ml, and 0.2 U/ml) (B). The data are representatives of at least three individual experiments.
