<p>Glomerular FN and Col I immunostaining were markedly lower in EP4^+/−5/6 Nx than in the WT 5/6 Nx groups and the number of glomerular cells positively immunostaining for the FN and Col I were similarly increased in EP4^+/−5/6 Nx and WT 5/6 Nx mouse relative to sham animals.
