<p>(A to F) DCs were treated with LPS (10 ng/ml) for 12 h. Then, the expression of TGF-beta (A and B), TNF-alpha (C and D) and IL-6 (E and F) was determined via flow cytometry (A, C and E) and real-time PCR analyses (B, D and F), respectively.
