Utrophin and CAPON protein levels in muscles from pGz-treated <i>mdx</i> mice.

<p>After 8 days of pGz treatment mice were euthanized and the gastrocnemii were dissected and homogenized for western blot analysis. Representative western blots and quantifications of utrophin (A) and CAPON (B) expression. Each lane in the western blot represents a muscle sample obtained from a different mouse.
