Soluble ICs kill <i>L. amazonensis</i> within infected macrophages.

<p>BMM were infected with CFSE-labeled <i>L. amazonensis</i> promastigotes. After 24 hrs the cells were washed and then activated as indicated in the graph. IC = soluble ICs; G = IFN-γ; A = Leishmania FT-Ag; IgG2a = monomer of IgG_2a; Fab = F(ab)₂ alone; Apo = apocynin; no Tx = no treatment. The cells were analyzed by ImageStream^X at 96 hours post-activation.
