Screening of mouse hepatoma cell lines for chemical sensitivity and tumorigenicity.

<p>Hepa1.6 and Hep55.1C cells were exposed to Doxorubicin (<b>A</b>) and Sorafenib (<b>B</b>) for 3 days and assessed for toxicity using a cell proliferation assay. <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0106675#s2" target="_blank">Results</a> are shown as the mean +/− SD of triplicates.
