Spindlin1 represses the transcription of HSV-1 during infection.

<p>ShCtrl or shSpin1 HepaRG cells were infected in duplicate with HSV1 at MOI 0.01 and 0.1. Cells were harvested at 2 h and 5 h post-infection for total RNA extraction and viral DNA extraction.
